Personal data (usually referred to as "data" in the following) will only be processed by us to the extent necessary and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

II. rights of users and persons concerned

With a view to the data processing described in more detail below, users and data subjects have the right to

on confirmation of whether data concerning them are being processed, on information on the data processed, on further information on data processing and on copies of the data (cf. also Art. 15 DSGVO);

correction or updating of incorrect or incomplete data (cf. also Art. 16 DSGVO);

to the prompt deletion of data concerning them (cf. also Art. 17 DSGVO), or, alternatively, if further processing is required pursuant to Art. 17 para. 3 DSGVO, to the restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO;

on receipt of the data concerning them and provided by them and on transmission of these data to other providers/responsible parties (cf. also Art. 20 DSGVO);

on complaints to the supervisory authority if they are under the impression that the data concerning them are being processed by the provider in violation of data protection provisions (cf. also Art. 77 DSGVO).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data have been disclosed by the provider about any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of the processing which takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17, para. 1, 18 DSGVO. However, this obligation shall not apply if such notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Regardless of this, the user has a right to be informed about these recipients.

Users and data subjects also have the right of objection under Art. 21 DSGVO to the future processing of data concerning them, provided that the data are processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. In particular, an opposition to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.

 

III. Information on data processing

Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage ceases to apply, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal storage obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted to us or to our web space provider via your Internet browser. With these so-called server log files, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you switched to our Internet presence (referrer URL), the website(s) of our Internet presence that you visit, the date and time of the respective access as well as the IP address of the Internet connection from which our Internet presence is used are collected.

These data collected in this way are temporarily stored, but not together with other data of yours.

This data is saved on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our Internet presence.

The data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, all or part of the data will be excluded from deletion until an incident is finally resolved.

The data transmitted by you for the use of our range of goods and/or services will be processed by us for the purpose of contract processing and are required in this respect. Conclusion and processing of the contract are not possible without the provision of your data.

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

We delete the data with complete contract processing, but must observe the tax and commercial law retention periods.

Within the scope of contract processing, we pass on your data to the transport company entrusted with the delivery of goods or to the financial service provider if the transfer is necessary for the delivery of goods or for payment purposes.

The legal basis for the transfer of the data is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.

If you register for our free newsletter, the data requested by you for this purpose, i.e. your e-mail address and - optionally - your name and address, will be sent to us. At the same time we store the IP address of the Internet connection from which you access our website as well as the date and time of your registration. The data collected is used exclusively for sending the newsletter - it will therefore not be passed on to third parties.

Our legitimate interest lies in improving the quality of our Internet presence. According to YouTube, the "Extended data protection mode" function means that the data specified below will only be transmitted to the YouTube server if you actually start a video.

Without this "Extended Privacy Policy", a connection to the YouTube server in the USA will be established as soon as you access one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is integrated.

This connection is required in order to be able to display the respective video on our website via your Internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time as well as the website you visited. In addition, a connection to the Google advertising network "DoubleClick" is established.

If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you wish to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.

Google uses the information collected in this way to compile statistics for us about visits to our website.
