How to enrol
Step 1 - Information
Select the suitable programme, adult courses 17+ , youth courses 13-16, group courses.
Make sure that after exploring the programme you made your decision at least for the course type, number of weeks, starting date and accommodation type. If you're not sure or have further questions please don't hesitate to contact us.
Step 2 - Enrolment
Accept our conditions of participation
Enrol online:
- Enrolment adult program 17+ (online)
- Enrolment youth program 13-16 (online)
Printed enrolment forms:
- Use the original form in our brochure
- Enrolment adult program 17+ (Word2000-doc)
- Enrolment youth program 13-16 (Word2000-doc)
Step 3 - Acceptance of the enrolment
Your enrolment is a binding request to reserve a place in one of our courses and to reserve places for other booked services (accommodation, exam...).
Step 4 - Deposit
Attention: the confirmation becomes binding for us only upon receipt of a deposit or the full payment. For details have a look at the payment procedure.
Upon receipt of your deposit within 3 working days we'll send you an invoice/confirmation per mail
Step 5 - Final confirmation
At latest 2 weeks before the course starts you'll receive a final confirmation with detailed information and the accommodation address.
Step 6 - Transfer of payment balance
The full payment amount has to be credited on our account at latest on the last Friday before the course starts. For details please see payment procedure.
