1 - arrange & book directly
Of course dialoge may help you with the organization and arrangement but it's much easier to arrange it directly with the supplier or the local tourism office. Customers always have to book directly.
2 - arrange early
Especially in summer booking accommodation for longer periods on the free market will be very difficult if you don't book early. For July and August suppliers are overbooked very early and often 2 months before.
